باستخدامك فليجرام فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

حسابك

• تقدّم معلومات صحيحة للتسجيل، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن نشاط حسابك.
• لا تشارك رمز الدخول أو كلمة المرور مع أحد. يمكنك مراجعة أجهزتك وإنهاء الجلسات وتسجيل الخروج في أي وقت.
• الحدّ الأدنى للاستخدام 13 سنة؛ ومن هم دون 18 قد يحتاجون موافقة وليّ الأمر حيث يفرضها القانون المحلّي. الميزات الماليّة (عند تفعيلها مستقبلًا) تقتصر على من هم 18 سنة فأكثر.

محتواك

• تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشئه. بنشره تمنح فليجرام رخصة تشغيلية لتخزينه وعرضه وتوصيله ضمن الخدمة وفق إعدادات الرؤية التي تختارها.
• أنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره، وتؤكّد أنّ لديك الحقوق اللازمة له.
• رسائلك المباشرة مشفّرة على الخادم وليست تشفيرًا طرفيًّا (ليست E2EE)؛ راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

سلوك مقبول

• يُمنع المحتوى غير القانوني، أو التحرّش، أو انتحال الهوية، أو الاحتيال، أو البريد المزعج، أو انتهاك حقوق الغير.
• يُمنع محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز ضوابط الأمان أو جمع بيانات المستخدمين دون إذن.
• قد نُزيل محتوى أو نقيّد حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط أو معايير المجتمع، مع مسار بلاغ واستئناف حيث ينطبق.

الميزات قيد الإعداد

بعض البنود داخل التطبيق موسومة «قريبًا» وهي غير مفعّلة ولا تُنشئ التزامًا بتقديمها. لا نعرض زرًّا لا يعمل.

المدفوعات والأموال

لا تُفعَّل حاليًا أي تحويلات مالية حقيقية أو مشتريات داخل هذه النسخة. أي ميزات مالية مستقبلية تخضع لشروط إضافية وبوابات المالك.

إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك من الإعدادات؛ الطلب يخضع للمراجعة وليس حذفًا فوريًّا (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). قد نوقف حسابًا يخالف الشروط.

إخلاء المسؤولية والحدود

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، ولا نضمن خلوّها من الأعطال، وتُحدَّد حدود المسؤوليّة بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهوريّة العراق، والاختصاص لمحاكم بغداد، مع احترام الحقوق الإلزاميّة للمستخدم في بلد إقامته.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشرها على fligram.com/terms. استمرار استخدامك بعد التحديث يعني قبولك له.

By using Fligram you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

• Provide accurate registration details; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for your account's activity.
• Never share your password or access code. You can review your devices, end sessions, and log out at any time.
• The minimum age to use Fligram is 13; people under 18 may need a parent or guardian's consent where local law requires it. Financial features (when enabled in future) are limited to users 18 and older.

Your content

• You keep ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Fligram an operational license to store, display, and deliver it within the service according to the visibility settings you choose.
• You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to it.
• Direct messages are server-encrypted and NOT end-to-end encrypted (not E2EE); see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, impersonation, fraud, spam, or infringement of others' rights.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, bypass security controls, or scrape user data without permission.
• We may remove content or restrict an account that violates these terms or the community standards, with a report and appeal path where applicable.

Features in progress

Some in-app items are labelled "coming soon"; they are not enabled and create no obligation to deliver them. We do not show a button that does nothing.

Payments and money

No real money transfers or purchases are enabled in this version. Any future financial features are subject to additional terms and owner gates.

Termination

You can request account deletion from settings; the request is reviewed and is not an immediate erase (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee it will be error-free. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with jurisdiction in the courts of Baghdad, while respecting the mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms and post them at fligram.com/terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
