سياسة الخصوصية — فليجرام (Fligram)

تشرح هذه السياسة ما تجمعه فليجرام فعلًا، ولماذا، ومع من يُشارَك، وما الذي تتحكّم فيه. نكتب هنا ما ينفّذه التطبيق اليوم فقط؛ الميزات غير المبنية موسومة «قريبًا» داخل التطبيق ولا تجمع بيانات.

ما الذي نجمعه

• حسابك والدخول: اسم المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني و/أو رقم الهاتف الذي تستخدمه لتسجيل الدخول أو الاسترجاع، وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن مُجزّأة hashed ولا تُحفظ أبدًا كنصّ صريح)، ومعرّف الجهاز واسمه ونوع النظام وإصدار التطبيق، وجلساتك النشطة على الأجهزة.
• ملفك الشخصي: الاسم المعروض، النبذة، وصورة العرض إن أضفتها.
• ما تنشئه: المنشورات والريلز والتعليقات والوسائط التي ترفعها.
• علاقاتك: من تتابعهم، ومن حظرتهم أو كتمتهم.
• رسائلك المباشرة: تُخزَّن على خوادمنا وهي مشفّرة على الخادم وليست تشفيرًا طرفيًّا (ليست E2EE) — أي أنّ فليجرام قادرة تقنيًّا على الوصول لمحتوى الرسائل لتشغيل الخدمة والإشراف والامتثال القانوني. لا تعامل الرسائل الخاصة كأنّها سرّية تمامًا. نحفظ أيضًا حالة التسليم/القراءة (يمكنك إخفاء إيصالات القراءة).
• البحث: ما تبحث عنه، مع تنقيح وإخفاء الهوية وحدود احتفاظ (وفق ADR-0009)؛ لا نحتفظ بنصوص البحث الخام في سجلّات النظام.
• استخدامك: مشاهداتك وتفاعلاتك تُستخدم لترتيب الخلاصة والتوصيات؛ يمكنك حين تُتاح الضوابط الحدّ من التخصيص.
• السلامة والأمان: البلاغات وقرارات الإشراف، وسجلّات أمنية وتدقيقية.
• إعداداتك: تفضيلات الخصوصية التي تختارها، وأي طلب حذف حساب تُرسله.

ما الذي لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
• لا نفهرس بريدك أو هاتفك في البحث، ولا نتيح العثور عليك بهما دون تدفّق مخصّص وإذن.
• لا نتعقّبك خفيةً عبر تطبيقات أخرى (لا بصمة جهاز خفية).
• لا نُشعِر أحدًا تلقائيًّا بأنّك التقطت صورة للشاشة؛ منع الالتقاط متاح على أندرويد ولا يُشعِر أحدًا.
• لا ندّعي ميزةً غير مبنيّة: «آخر ظهور»/الحضور غير مبني ولا يُعرض ولا يُجمع.

مع من نشارك

• مقدّمو بنية تحتية يشغّلون الخوادم والتخزين نيابةً عنّا وبتعليماتنا.
• عند طلب قانوني نظامي، أو لحماية سلامة الأشخاص والمنصّة.
• محتواك العامّ يظهر لمن تسمح لهم إعدادات الرؤية؛ ما ترسله لمستخدم آخر تبقى نسخته لديه وفق سياسته.

تحكّمك

• من يستطيع مراسلتك (الجميع/من تتابعهم/لا أحد) — يُفرَض على الخادم.
• إخفاء معاينة الرسائل وإخفاء إيصالات القراءة — يُفرَضان في الرسائل.
• الحظر والكتم — قوائم تديرها ويُحترم أثرها.
• ملخّص بياناتك — فئات بياناتك وأماكنها (دون أعداد مُختلقة).
• طلب حذف الحساب — يسجّل طلبًا فقط ويخضع للمراجعة؛ ليس حذفًا فوريًّا. عند التنفيذ يُحذف ما تملكه (ملفك، تفضيلاتك، علاقاتك، منشوراتك ووسائطك ورسائلك التي أرسلتها، إشعاراتك، سجل بحثك)، بينما تبقى سجلّات الأمان والتدقيق وقرارات الإشراف للأسباب القانونية والسلامة، والمحتوى الذي أنشأه غيرك ويشير إليك، والبيانات المجمّعة أو المجهّلة.
• الجلسات والأجهزة — راجع أجهزتك وأنهِ أي جلسة عن بُعد، وسجّل الخروج من كل الأجهزة.

الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. بعد تنفيذ حذف مُراجَع، نُزيل بياناتك عدا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا أو لأسباب أمنية. نصوص البحث الخام لا تُحفظ في السجلّات، وتُطبَّق حدود احتفاظ على أحداث البحث.

الأطفال

الحدّ الأدنى لاستخدام فليجرام هو 13 سنة. من هم دون 18 قد يحتاجون موافقة وليّ الأمر حيث يفرضها القانون المحلّي. وأي ميزة ماليّة مستقبليّة تقتصر على من هم 18 سنة فأكثر.

Privacy Policy — Fligram

This policy explains what Fligram actually collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you control. It describes only what the app does today; unbuilt features are labelled "coming soon" in-app and collect nothing.

What we collect

• Your account and sign-in: username; the email and/or phone you use to log in or recover; your password (stored hashed, never in plaintext); device id, device name, OS and app version; and your active sessions.
• Your profile: display name, bio, and avatar if you add one.
• What you create: posts, reels, comments, and media you upload.
• Your connections: who you follow, block, or mute.
• Direct messages: stored on our servers and server-encrypted, NOT end-to-end encrypted (not E2EE) — Fligram can technically access message content to operate the service, moderate, and comply with law. Do not treat private messages as fully secret. We also store delivery/read state (you can hide read receipts).
• Search: what you search, with redaction, pseudonymization, and retention limits (per ADR-0009); we do not keep raw query text in system logs.
• Usage: your views and interactions rank your feed and recommendations; you can limit personalization where offered.
• Safety & security: reports and moderation decisions, plus security and audit logs.
• Your settings: the privacy preferences you choose, and any account-deletion request you submit.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not index your email or phone in search, or let people find you by them without a dedicated, permissioned flow.
• We do not covertly track you across other apps (no hidden device fingerprinting).
• We do not notify anyone when you take a screenshot; capture prevention is available on Android and notifies no one.
• We do not claim unbuilt features: "last seen"/presence is not built, not shown, and not collected.

Who we share with

• Infrastructure providers who run servers and storage on our behalf and under our instructions.
• When required by valid legal process, or to protect the safety of people and the platform.
• Your public content is visible to whoever your visibility settings allow; a copy of what you send another user remains with them under their own settings.

Your controls

• Who can message you (everyone / people you follow / no one) — enforced on the server.
• Hide message preview and hide read receipts — enforced in messaging.
• Block and mute lists you manage, whose effect is respected.
• Your data summary — the categories of your data and where they live (no fabricated counts).
• Account-deletion request — records a request and is reviewed; it is not an immediate erase. When executed it removes what you own (profile, preferences, connections, your posts/media/sent messages, notifications, search history), while security/audit and moderation records are retained for legal and safety reasons, along with content others created that references you, and aggregate/anonymized data.
• Sessions & devices — review your devices and end any session remotely, or log out of all devices.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. After a reviewed deletion we remove your data except what must be retained by law or for security. Raw search text is not stored in logs, and retention limits apply to search events.

Children

The minimum age to use Fligram is 13. People under 18 may need a parent or guardian's consent where local law requires it. Any future financial features are limited to users 18 and older.
